Your request is non-binding. Your booking is final only after both you and we have confirmed it.

Cancellation
- 14 days or more before arrival: free of charge.
- Less than 14 but at least 7 days before arrival: 50% of accommodation costs.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 75%, except on the arrival day itself.
- On the arrival day or in case of no-show: 100%.

Before you book
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is optional and not included. Ask in advance whether it is available during your stay and what it costs.
Is my booking final immediately?
You send a booking request through the calendar. Your stay is final only after both you and the owner have confirmed the request. Check the price and conditions for your dates.
Is the cottage suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
The cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users. Do you have another mobility limitation? Before booking, contact us about stairs, thresholds and the location of the bedrooms.
